Since we start at 11:30 AM Eastern, but will each be ordering from the menu, I have set the Zoom meeting to start at 11:45. No point in signing in earlier since the Zoom meeting will not be live until 11:45. I am using a free Zoom account and it will time out (shut off) after 40 minutes or about 12:25 PM. If there are only 3 people on it will go longer, but the Host counts as one of the 3. So that means 2 other members. It is OK to join with us to say Hi and not stay the whole time, or stay as long as you wish until the timer runs out. There will be a couple of awards presented today if those members are present, and if they are not present we may just announce who is getting them.
If this works (our first try at a hybrid meeting), we will improve it for the next time. We could schedule consecutive 40 minute Zoom meetings (you would get closed out when the first one ends and then have to click another link for the next one) or I may spring for a paid account so we don't have an online time limit. I also have some things in mind that will be interesting programs for both those in person and those online. More info on that to come.
You should be able to just click on the link below to get in. If needed the ID and Passcode are listed. (This is essenitally the same info that is in the link except the link encrypts the passcode).
