Monsoon Outlook and new webinar dates

Hellllo Spotters! The National Weather Service offices in Arizona have put together a video that gives a review of last year's Monsoon and an outlook for this year's Monsoon. You can find it at: Some more Spotter training webinar dates have been added. Below is a link for the Spotter page that has the schedule and the links for registration.
