Guohetec have informed me the Q900 is now discontinued ?, the PMR- 171 has superceded it. ?I may well get one of these instead although it looks somewhat bigger than the Q900! ?But in many respects it fits the bill as a pseudo military style radio with most connections at the front end allowing back pack operation. ? Its got the same waterfall and buttuns as the Q900.?
