开云体育Good to see activity even if I don’t know what your talking about. I’m a retired RF tech and my primary interest is the radio. I’m on # 3 now and about to send it back. They all seem to have a problem. Have you measured sensitivity and power out? The last two acted like the coax that runs from the SO-239 to the RF board weren’t seated all the way. But I didn’t want to break the seal. So I sent them back. Ordered another one and wish I’d fixed the other ones as the problem was simpler. The one I’m on now appears to have ALC issues. I tried changing the acoustics of the mic and padded down the audio leaving the mike. Adding a 220 ohm resister across the audio pad helps with the back ground noise. To no avail.Works good in all modes except SSB transmissions. To much drive! Anybody been through this? Does anyone have one that the SSB squelch works properly?I put in the latest firmware and the squelch works just takes about 50uv to open it and it has no delay. Needs a fast attach slow decay circuit. Think it’s a software issue? They say three’s a charm. I might try one more but so far I havn’t seen one make spec as a radio. I’m new here and don’t know if this goes through so would appreciate a response of any sort just so I know this is working. Even just a piss off mate would be good. Thank you 73 Dave
