Pacifica Table Readers meets bi-annually ?to read aloud and discuss original, unpublished stage plays and screenplays. Meetings are now on Sunday ?afternoons . This is a venue to hear your works given voice and have fun in the process. A good place to network and meet other actors, writers, producers, directors, and other interesting people. Actors can practice their monologues, writers can try out their sketches, and plays. We combine the readings with light snacks and beverages and feel free to bring a snack or beverage to share. ?Feedback is given after each writer's reading. Playwrights should bring in printed copies of their plays to the readers. This is a good site to self promote and hear your works read in a friendly and supportive environment. This group has been in existence since 2000. The goal of Pacifica Table Readers is to help playwrights and screenwriters get the feedback they need to make the changes to get their play/screenplay produced.
