Manager required for an 18 room Hotel

In Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia

?

The Owners of the Pacific Skylite Hotel would like to recruit a capable person to manage their 18 room hotel, which has a restaurant, bar, function area, swimming pool and a conference room.

?

The person should have at least five years experience managing a hotel.

·?????? Should have marketing experience to develop relationships with travel agents in the key markets overseas and in the local market.

·?????? Possess Food and Beverage management skills and be able to deal with local vendors.

·?????? Train hotel employees and be sensitive of custom and cultural values of Pohnpei.

·?????? Must have good financial management skills and to maintain inventory controls.

·?????? Be computer literate and able to handle the internet.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and a single person is preferred because only single person accommodation will be provided.? Return air tickets will be provided from point of hire.
