Bill has a very well documented installation on the Dana forum and has been satisfied with the 1/2 starboard. Just ordered an 18 x 24 inch starboard, I will let you know what I think.
Worst case, my backup plan is to install another 1/2 inch below the LIQUIDS TANKS over hang.
You may also note that the beautiful teak doors to the dry locker will not open with the AIRHEAD installed - I will be creating a TEAK frame and use a mesh fabric with snaps to cover the opening.
