Sorry I didn't get this out sooner.? HOD is at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton again this Friday & Saturday May 2nd?& 3rd.??
Don't know if you can still sign up for Friday, but I believe you can still sign up for Saturday.? At last count, they groups were barely ? full, so lots of open track if you are ready to roll!!!.??
My #41 Stock Car is running well and should be on track both days.??
Come out and take a look even if your car is not ready for the track.? I hope it will get you thinking about preparing to come to the next event.? No charge for watching - you have to sign a waiver to enter the track.? I can get anyone a ride with a Coach for
a few laps for a little taste of the track if you want.??
Hope to see some of the 928 group up there.? Come out and have a great time.??
Does anyone know how to connect with whoever purchased Louies
928? I have some documentation that may be of assistance for the
car computer and overall build.?

Pretty decent result.? One thing to keep in mind is that this one
was fully restored, with engine rebuild by Greg Brown, so that has
some part in the value.?
I'm still surprised at the last 90GT on BAT that went for around
$50K.?? It was a low mile, but had some really dodgy work done and
seemed to have a lot of questions about what still needed to be
done.?
On a side note, pulled the dash out of my 79 and was surprised to
see everything under there in pretty good shape, including still
holding vacuum on all those little pods etc.? Now to figure out if
I need to ship it to Rob Budd, or grab some vinyl and attempt
myself.....hmmmm......? (Maybe when I'm done with the resto, I'll
get it on Broad Arrow too :D LOL)...nah, gonna be buried in my
928s :D??

I watched part of this auction, including lot number 253, the 1981

I guess if I ever want to sell it, I contact the Broad
Arrow Auction people.?
I was amazed at what some of the other Porsches sold for.
?A number of them were only collector cars (‘66 911’s with
only a few hundred miles on them), but others like GT3’s &
GT4 RS’s (very special cars indeed) were selling for prices
double what similar cars would go for on PCarMarket. ??
From my point of view, this 928 went for about 5 to 10
times what it would be bid to on PCarMarket. ?The last 1991 GT
I saw on PCarMarket (86k miles) was only bid up to $25k. ?

For people that have run Hooked On Driving previously is slightly different. You can still go to hookedondriving.com but then it takes you to motorsportsreg.com to actually sign up. ? Anybody who’s done anything with
the Porsche club should be familiar with Motorsports Reg…… ?it works most much better than the old HOD website. ?
Let me know if any questions. ?I think most people know my phone number. I prefer not to put it on this site. ?If you want coaching, put my name down as a request for your coach if you want me to coach you. ?
