I had the same experience with mine and it went away after bleeding the slave.
Makes no sense probably but I'm chatter free.

If you're getting chatter that will be more caused by the friction material on the discs.
Can you post a picture of the friction plates? Or let us know what material was used?

I've reached the end of my patience rope with this 928.?
I have replaced or resurfaced all of the components of the clutch. I still get a chatter on engagement.? The intermediate plate is pinned and straighted. New clutch discs. Resurfaced flywheel and brand new pressure plate.?
I'm looking to see if there is a local expert that can help with the diag on this in the tacoma area. I'm clearly missing something.?
