Hey Calvin,

It was Larson's here in Tacoma. They have a new service manager
unfortunately. I got along well with the prior one, and he always treated
me right. Maybe that's why he's no longer there, sometimes good customer
service can cost $$.

Pat Edward just emailed me and said he was running his '85S at the shark
drags. Any chance you might reconsider? :)

All I can say is Porsche dealers are uppity pricks, I mean 3 grand to fix
a
torque tube? what dealer was it Barrier??? Akers seems to be pretty good i
had my 88 up there when the are went out and had the belt tensioned. Denny
said the air was electrical and sent me to another shop and charged me 100
for the adjustment...he has a pretty good rep with porsche owners in
seattle.
And it really pissesd me off when they stick you with the labor and then
have
the need for the triple mark up on the parts...
