STEACY - THOMAS Family Photograph

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Ella STEACY of Springboro, PA which was taken at the Fowler Studio in Meadville, PA.? The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Ella likely in her 20's at the time.? ?

Grace Ella STEACY was b. 24 Jul 1868 in Pennsylvania to parents Joseph STEACY (1828-1904) and Isabelle or Isabella THOMAS (1827-1903).? Ella was one of four children born to this couple including, Edward A.; Mary Elizabeth; Jessie Ada; and Grace Ella STEACY, all born between 1859 and 1868.? Ella was a School Teacher and was single when she died 29 ?Jul 1906 in Pittsburgh, PA and is buried in the Sewickley Cemetery in Sewickley, PA.

?

Census records provide the following details:

?

1880 census of Girard, PA:

?

Joseph STEACY, age 51, a Farmer, born PA, parents born Ireland/England

Isabella STEACY, wife, age 52, Keeping House, born PA, parents born MD

Edward A. STEACY, son, age 20, Works on Farm, born IN

Jessie A. STEACY, dau, age 15, at School, born PA

Grace E. STEACY, dau, age 11, born PA

Hannah STEACY, Mother, age 76, born England, parents born England

?

1900 census of Spring, PA:

Isabella STACY, wife, age 72, born Jul 1827, married 42 years, 5 children/4 living, born PA, parents born PA

Ella G. STACY, dau, age 31, born Jul 1868, born PA, a School Teacher

?

I am hoping to locate someone from Ella¡¯s family so that this beautiful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family.? If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.
