And I would add that in some cases someone else may have already taught it, but even in that case O and M instructors may be the ones that are out and about and get to be sure the student is making practical use of what they may have learned elsewhere.

Great question, Kimberly - indeed, those are both essential parts of what we teach! ?As you can imagine, it would be difficult to be very successful if you can¡¯t ever pay for things or get information or assistance.
