Dear Neighbors,
I¡¯m asking you again for any extra paper grocery bags you may have. While we still have a lot left over from our last materials distribution in the Fall, it¡¯s not enough for the whole school, and we have fresh curriculum materials and FREE BOOKS that I got through a grant from the Oakland Literacy Coalition to distribute to every student.
Families are going to come to the school on Friday, January 22nd, and we¡¯re going to start assembling the bags on Tuesday, January 19th.
Please drop them off on my porch or give me a call if you¡¯d like me to come pick them up from your porch.
