Not sure if this is the same man folks recently inquired about. But -- there is a Caucasian, tall, thin, 50-something y/o man, sometimes wearing a wool hat, frequently on his bicycle - who has been watching me, talking to me, sitting on my stoop, watching me enter and leave my home, and looking me up and down in a way that makes my skin crawl. I've learned from living through a few fun assaults/muggings that one should always trust one's instincts. Reaching out to my neighbor-folk for some assistance. I am told that he is mentally ill and lives on our street, and rents out space in someone's home. (By the by, I am a psychologist, so I am not concerned that he is mentally ill. I am concerned that he follows me.)

Does anyone know who this man is??If he lives in/near your home, or if you have info, would you please contact me??
