Who gets on the air first determines who will take the role of Net Control.
Net Control can voluntarily relinquish the position to another radio operator when either a more experienced radio operator arrives or a new operator volunteers to relieve the previous Net Control operator.? As Net Control, you quickly overcome mic fright and you get a chance to coordinate multiple radio operators in an event.? With that said, I encourage everyone to take the Net as Net Control as often as you can.?
