This is from may 9. Shot through a 110 mm eyepiece on 11 times zoom. I used an Astrozap full apparture orange solar filter on an orange tube 8" Celestron. Some 20K frames, whittled down to 2K and converted to B&W in PIPP. Further reduced in AviStack2 to 20 and stacked. Major sharpening done with Planetary System Stacker's wavelets. Polishing done in PaintShop Pro '23. I am continually amazed as to what those wavelets can extract from a fuzzy? image. I am also amazed of AviStack2's ability to find? the X best fuzzy images and stack them with enough data for wavelets to extract. I'm still playing with them :)
