Dear Kristen and OAEF members:
We are on the way to ordering our beautiful Older Adults Education Forever T-shirts!
Here is the OAEF T-shirt order info (OAEF_T-shirt_order_info).
Also included is the T-shirt specification sheet (5000_specsheet - T-shirt for OAEF)
with the size chart. ?There is also?a picture of the basic T-shirt, but the picture is in red. (Our T-shirts are in Tropical Blue). ?If you search the color chart you will see the color sample for?Tropical Blue.?The shirts
will be 100% cotton, unisex sizing, basic T-shirt design with round neck.
The design for the front and back of the shirt are at the bottom of this e-mail ¡ª please scroll down. ?The designs take up quite a lot of room on the page (and I could not shrink them).
?We think you will like the shirts!! We would like to get the first batch of T-shirts in time for some of our outreach this summer, so I set a?due date of June 20 for our first batch of orders. If you are running close to the deadline
and intend to order, please send me an email and we can discuss!
Delivery/mailing: ?As I wrote on the order form, we will deliver as many of the shirts as possible by hand at local pick-up locations (El Cerrito or San Francisco).
Of course, some shirts will have to be mailed.
Once the shirts arrive, I will be able to find out the correct postage for shirts mailed, either inside or outside of California. ?The mailing costs mentioned on the order form are approximate, based on taking some large and extra large T-shirts
to be weighed at the post office!
We don¡¯t know if there will be a second run of these shirts. ?That probably depends on the success of the first order. It has been suggested that we might raise the price a bit in the future ¡ª but not this time. ?We¡¯d like to discuss this in a
future OAEF meeting. ?It should also be easier to add a standard price scale for mailing the T-shirts, once we find out the actual cost of postage (and it also varies by postal code).
But now is the best time to order a T-shirt ?with the logo of Older Adults Education Forever!¡ªBuy one for yourself and some more for your family and friends! ?
