It's Adult Ed Week.?

If you're new to that, it's a week when folks reach out to electeds to talk to them about the value of Adult Education.?



If you use social media, this is an important week to post information about your program or class. Be sure to add hashtags - #AdultEdWeek2023? #AdultEducationMatters? #OAEF? ?#OlderAdultsAdultEducation? #SupportK12AdultEd ----------- or whatever is relevant to what you're posting.??

I'd also note that the Pinole City Council is considering a consent calendar item tomorrow to write a letter to the state in support of Adult Education for Elders funding- item 9E (you can find the text of it in the agenda packet ). If you can make it in person, provide a comment in support by email to comment@... (note that you're commenting on 9E, written comments are added to the city's website if received before 3 PM tomorrow), or make a comment via zoom at
