The line passes my house underground, after about ? mile it returns in the air and I¡¯m last on the line.? In a couple of years, they are due to stop using the copper wires but I have no idea how we are going to cope then.

Your upload speed is only 400K? Wow ... that'll take a long time for you to upload photos to any site.?

Hi Roy
?
Many thanks for your reply and comments about Flickr.? It certainly sounds good.? I¡¯ll have
a look into setting up an account, it may take a couple of days ~ I have to get a stack of outdoor jobs done whilst the weather is fine.
?
I guess the account will be a 5min job, the photos may take a while longer ~ here in the
countryside, we¡¯re lucky to squeeze 2Mbps from our internet download, the upload is around 0.4Mbps
?
I¡¯ll keep you posted when I get set up, and thanks very much for your interest in my photos
and pointing me to Flickr.
It is free up to 1000 images, you can publish straight from Lightroom which I think tells others what camera you were using and the exif data, quite good if you need help with an image, not that I think you need a lot of help and seems quite quick at getting
images in from Lightroom, that said I have only been using it for a week, I will however pay the upgrade price when the time comes.
