Making the Earth Into Heaven
Said the Alenaderer Rabbi: "The expression in Psalms (115:16) 'The Heavens are the Heavens of the Lord; but the earth He has given to the children of men' means: 'The Heavens are already heavenly, but the earth the Lord has given to men that they may make of it the Heaven."
