Ingathering the Multitude
A famous rav asked the Lubliner: "Why do so many thousands come to you and not to me? I have learned more Talmud than you, and I can discourse on the halacha more profoundly."
The Lubliner replied: "I am likewise surprised at the multitudes who come. Who am I that thousands should seek to learn godliness from me? But perhaps they come to me because I know how little is my worth, and they do not come to you because you are surprised at their failure to come."
