Paul, I have gout as well and take aspirin. I take a 300mg tab of allopurinol once daily for gout and until recently took a 325 mg aspirin as advised by my doctor. I now take eliquis for heart rhythm

I used to take aspirin as well but I had to stop because of my gout. The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed
