For what it is worth my NO said to stay hydrated ad don't sleep
on the plane.? That would be hard on a long flight.? My sister who
flies long distances a lot says there are a lot of people on her
flights with portable CPAP machines sleeping away.

I
was diagnosed in December 2021 and have flown across the
Atlantic twice in that period with agreement from both my NO
and retina specialist.? I¡¯ve had no issues as a result of
those flights. As mentioned above, most everything is
anecdotal.? There are just few if any answers.? As a side
thought, I also have idiopathic peripheral neuralgia.? The
same happens with that ¡°family.¡± There are no clear cut causes
for INO yet people are always grasping at straws trying to
make sense of it and to find a miraculous cure which could be
staring at them from the shelf of a drug store or a vendor at
a homeopathic market. It¡¯s difficult not knowing exactly what
happened, why it happened and how it can be sorted.? I am
thankful for the conversations that occur here but to be
honest often they scare me as well.?
