I also live in the UK and have had minimal support after diagnosis in my left eye last August. I have an excellent optician thankfully but sometimes feel very alone without much concrete help. I will take on board your tip of sports cap and visor and just hope it doesn¡¯t get any worse. Best wishes Susan.?

Hi Casey, good to get your e
mail. I¡¯ve looked with interest at the attachment. It¡¯s good that at least some organisations are involved with research.?
I¡¯m pleased you can still drive and driving is the one thing I can still do with relative ease following my right eye NAION 2 years ago. I recognise exactly what you mean by close work causing a problem. After 2 years I was told I would have neuro-adaption but it hasn¡¯t happened. I wear a sports cap with a visor and it¡¯s this that keeps me sane! I have no real access to help from specialists here in Yorkshire UK and it¡¯s a frustrating life. Hope your vision manages to hold. ?Best wishes, Ben?

My left eye was effected 15 years ago by NAION and my right eye this past December. I am lucky to have enough vision to still drive although reading can be torture. Happy to. find this group.?
Has anyone had experience with Harvard's SuperVision+ App /google cardboard for the visually impaired?
