Somehow I missed the picture.? I am definitely trying to lose some weight and keep my blood pressure down. ? Here are some of my goals.
? ? ?1.? Try to cook healthy, low calorie dinners at least three nights during the week.? We should definitely share good recipes.
? ? ? 2.? Try to get to the gym at least three times per week, and exceed 10,000 steps per day.?
? ? ? 3.? Sleep more than 6 hours a night.?

How do you eat an elephant?? One bite at a time!? I, personally, need to break down my goals into bites size pieces.? Overall, I'm hoping to lose about 40 pounds, but I won't get past go with that overwhelming goal, so my initial goals are:
1. Lose 7 pounds by the Falmouth Road Race, which is August 18th.
2. Workout 45 min- hour five days per week, including doing an Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) class at least 2x per week
3. Try to pre-plan and prepare healthy meals at least 3 days per week.

I ENCOURAGE EACH OF YOU TO WRITE DOWN SPECIFIC GOALS - SHARE THEM HERE IF YOU WANT TO, OR DON''T - WHATEVER WILL WORK FOR YOU.

Goals

First of all, kudos to Judy for the group¡¯s home page picture. ?Might have to change that now that Mike¡¯s joined the group??

So, I¡¯ve got three short term goals to hit before we get to D.C. for the Summit:
1. ?1/2 hour of exercise at least three times a week
2. ?Hit 10,000 steps per day
3. ?Lose enough weight to fit into the amazing navy dress I bought and couldn¡¯t wear in Ft. Worth.

I¡¯m setting up my Apple Watch tomorrow and will be ready for any challenges?
