I could have written this - it is so true, Carol - my knees and hip intermittently cause disruption to my best laid plans, so the key is to have an alternate plan when my knees aren't feeling up to par.? I might have to look into my local pool - I was never
a great swimmer, but it's no impact.? Part of the reason my knees hurt is the load I've been having them carry for far too long!!? So, time to change that.? :)
