That it fails to load as admin I get the error shown in attachment.
I use the process on the right to end the program that stops running then I can use your program for a day or two and then it fails again I have to reload it.

I talked to you last week still having trouble getting a clean install of
the logger on my windows machine. I followed the instructions for
installing on windows 7, still cannot find the Backup/restore information.

When i install, i run as administrator and follow the instructions thru

screen that shows the progress of loading the machine locks, and goes no
further. Last night let it go for an hour before ending program. I don't

Very busy today today (Thursday), Friday looks good.? How about 1:00 PM EDT ( 10:00 AM your time, I think).? Microsoft installed updates this morning, restart as part of installation, so all programs closed.? When I logged onto machine this morning I tried to open N7XG Logger, and was not surprised when it would not run.? Plan to leave it as is in case that will help.? Give me a call when you're ready.? As to what I'm doing when the logger stops working, I have no clue, since I don't know when it stops. All I can tell you is that if I close the program it seems to be a low percentage of the time that it will re-open. Usually no other programs open that might be affecting anything.
As to opening fccversion.txt, I believe that has already been done. If that that's the one that comes up in notepad with just the 3-didit identifier, I've checked that (even tried to edit it to different number to see if that would allow Update!) and it displays the number of current FCC version. However, The reason I ran the update was because someone checked in with a call that did not appear in the FCC version that I had loaded. I ran the update and that particular call came up in the database just fine, until I closed the program and tried to re-open. I ran Set Up Wizard and got program to open, but that particular callsign does not appear in the database, but if I try to download update I get the message that I already have the latest version (??????).

the case could you send me your cclogger.ini file in the logger folder and

Monitor Nets

 

It has been a while that I have run the program and I want to get back with the nets. I am trying to monitor nets and and nothing is happening. I also try to restart the ccloglive and it seems nothing is happening and I get a block in the upper left corner of the screen with no 0 in the block. I run windows 10 everytime I run the CC longer I have to reload it even though I have the latest version
