Frank,

Just right click on the time field, then select display format and blank it out. This is a old artifact.

I was using the premade report – ‘QSL label 8162’ to create a new label, and noticed that the time format was ‘HH:SS’ instead of something like ‘HH:MM:SS’ I fixed it by deleting the field and re-adding it new, which gave me HH:MM:SS

I was looking at the DisplayFormat value for the time text box of the original one, and it showed a cutom value of ?!90:00;? - while the new one was blank. Is there documentation on what those numbers and characters represent?

Luckily, I caught it before I sent out the 80 cards I printed labels for ?

Re: NetName field not imported.

Dean,

Thank you?for your reply.? I am learning by doing.? Never mind the QSL field question.

My biggest task ahead is to update the NetName field manually.

I do not think NetName is stored by Netlogger.

Also what do you mean by the QSL field? Also keep in mind that NetLogger only keeps track of basic data and is not a log book program like N7XG Logger is.

I'm running version 5.03.03.

Re: N7XG logger error

Thanks Dean

Followed your instructions and it works fine now.

Re: N7XG logger error

select a time zone with the appropriate UTC offset that also allows setting "automatic adjustment of the clock for DST." Then if DST isn't observed simply uncheck that little box that allows Windows to automatically adjust the clock for DST. DO NOT select a time zone that doesn't have this check box because the settings for such a zone may not have start/end dates for DST

N7XG logger error

I down loaded the latest logger update and when I try to monitor a net in progress, I get this error message "eD Start" is not a valid date. The rest of the logger functions seem to work OK. The logger worked fine until I down loaded the latest up date. I am running Windows 7. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Card Stock

Hi,

?Has anyone tried/used the card stock from "HamStuff by W7NN"? If so, do their perforations lines line up with the N7XG 4up cards better than the perfs on the generic stock available from Staples, et al? Inquisitive minds want to know...

Steve,

If you are trying to merge the data file sent to rick you should be using the Merge Log File menu item under the File menu.

The Log Convert is designed to take basic data from other log books and get something into yours.

Take a back of your logger and send it to me along with the file you are trying to meter from.

I haven’t tried this, but aren’t you supposed to be able to use the “merge log file” to bring them in?
