Should I panic? #aclog

I opened up ACLog this morning and was surprised to find only log entries from WFD and CWT dated 2025/01/25 to 2025/01/29 instead of my entire log.
?
Looking at my PC, I have files named "all n3fjp LogData-2025-01-Week-4" and older backups, but nothing that's obviously a full backup of my ACLog.
?
What do I do now?

I may have figured out a workaround.
?
I routinely upload to QRZ, LoTW and eQSL after entering in ACLog and/or uploading from a contest log to ACLog.
  • I filtered the QRZ log to only show entries from 2025/01/25 to today, then
  • exported that subset to an ADIF log, then
  • imported the QRZ ADIF file to my biggest known "good" ACLog backup
...so I think I'm pretty well set!

Hey Ken.? Go to “File” then “Show File Locations”.? A backup of my log is found at:

?

C:\users\pwhel\documents\affirmatech\N3FJP Software\ACLog

?

Hope this helps.? Oh, yea, I think by default your log is backed up every time you close ACLog.? I typically leave ACLog running all week and bring it down on Saturday mornings when I do my other backups.

?

As a cheap way to go, I use ACLog to produce a 'File - Create Backup'
?
I then lable it with a date, I email myself with the file attachment, and save the email in an email folder so ity is now 'out-in-the-cloud'.
?
If my computer blows up or the house burns down, I get a new computer, log into my email and download the database.? And I also include an ADIF copy too.
?
I do this about twice a month, or whenever I get an ATNO that I really want to keep.
?
Anyway, Good Luck !

As a little redundancy, I send each QSO that I log to QRZ.log, LoTW, HRDLog, eQSL and ClubLog.? This is setup through JTAlert.? Also, each time I close ACLog, a copy is saved to my Google Drive.? I have had computers crash or fail to start too often so offsite backups are priceless.?

It may be a little over-kill but it works.?

I panicked a few years ago when I had a drive failure and almost lost my logbooks. What I do now is I do an automatic backup of all my logbooks directories on a nightly basis with Backup Software to a WD Mycloud drive that is hooked up to my home network router. This way if my computer drive fails, the most I could loose is 1 day of log entries.

To,

I didn't know JTAlert had that feature!
