I may have figured out a workaround.

I routinely upload to QRZ, LoTW and eQSL after entering in ACLog and/or uploading from a contest log to ACLog.
- I filtered the QRZ log to only show entries from 2025/01/25 to today, then
- exported that subset to an ADIF log, then
- imported the QRZ ADIF file to my biggest known "good" ACLog backup
...so I think I'm pretty well set!
