When WARC bands were introduced, it was decided to exclude them from contesting due to the small bandwidth of each of those bands (12, 17, 30 meters) More here WARC bands en.wikipedia.org 73 Dave wo2x

Correct: 30, 17, and 12 are never used for contests. Larry / W1DYJ
