First make sure you have properly downloaded and installed the required driver for your 7300 from Icom's web site.? Then carefully follow the steps and settings for your 7300 detailed here:
That should get you going, but if you continue to have trouble, please paste a screen shot of your settings into your e-mail reply, along with any error messages that you are receiving.
