That message is being returned from ARRL's TQSL software, not AC Log, because you have not set up and selected the correct station location when signing and upload those specific records in TQSL.? Lots more details and the needed steps to set up a TQSL station location for your additional grid square locations are on ARRL's web site here:

thanks for the reply. I do not understand how this happens in the first place. Every time I upload. I always select the location I am operating from and I upload after each operating period. Is there a way to see which QSOs in the whole log book need fixing? It seems like I fix this one and the next one is waiting for me.
