ARRL IN DX Contest Log not working properly

 

I tried the 5.1.7 which is for USA users and there is no place to put the ST/Prov and I have to put in my power on every entry, but it correctly shows my Exchange properly.
I tried the 3.7.7 for users outside the USA and it has the St/Prov, but shows my exchange to be my call, RST, power
?
Help...it's not working.
