I always change the name to reflect the contest, and then save it to my folder.? ?Then upload to ARRL,? or whatever contest.? ?Been doing that for years.? ?EXCEPT that it's not working.

I have no idea if this will be of any help. But this is how I do it.
I create the Cabrillo file and send it to my desktop. It's an easy place to find it. Then submit the log to the contest sponsor. After I get the all clear I rename it with the contest name and year and then move it to the contest file folder with all the other contest logs.
