This is my second request.? ?Still looking for help.

I need to submit my contest to the ARRL via Cabrillo file.? I create the Cabrillo and save it to my ARRL DX Contest folder.? ?Did this many times in the past, so it is pretty simple.

I tried it several times a few days ago, and then posted my help message.

I tried it again today but it didn't work.

I can export an ADIF file okay.

I tried to bring up and empty ARRL DX Contest Log, and the import the ADIF.? ?But I can't bring up an empty contest log.? It's populated with my QSOs.
