This really is the designed and implemented way to do it. I operate away from home a lot. I have set the option (don¡¯t recall where) for setup to open its window every time I start ACLog, reminding me to put in the state/county/grid where I am. I also make an LoTW/TQSL station location for wherever I am. Since the grid from setup is in the log, this easily distinguishes among locations with no extra fields.?
