Thanks for your e-mail.? It is fine to use one of your registered copies of AC Log for your club's POTA activity, with the understanding that registration information will not be shared with other users.
If you have additional questions, please e-mail Kimberly directly (not via the users group) with your call sign, so she can help you with your club's registration status.

Our club has (finally) decided to try a club operating event and chosen a POTA activation.? A couple of our members have individual registered copies of AC Log, but our club does not have a registered copy for the club's call sign.? Are we permitted to use one of the members registered copy of AC Log for this event, or do we need to purchase a separate registration specifically for our club's callsign?
