Yes, I would move the log database to your PC.? I doubt TSM is the issue but you could disable TSM for your testing.

I don't believe I have it uploading to LOTW after each contact....in fact, I didn't know you could do that!
Sounds like I should try it with the log local, and see if that fixes the issue??
