Thanks for your e-mail.? That error is being returned from ARRL's TQSL software, not AC Log.? If the QSO date is within the certificate range date, that is something the folks at LoTW will need to help you with.? Otherwise, you will need to update your certificate.

It seems that some old QSO's never made it into LOTW from ACLog. I keep getting an error message that the QSO is not withing Callsign Certificate date range. But it is and I can't figure out how to resolve this.
Anyone know the solution?
If IO Groups allows it, I have attached screen shots of the error message and the call sign cert.
