I don't use OneDrive for this but I do use Google Drive to store my log files. I have 3 different computers that share the log files. I can't speak to OneDrive but Google Drive updates the log on the fly as well as when you close the log and it does a backup. At times I have 2 computers on line at the same time and I can refresh the logs and they are all in sync...
