Apparently this is something new as this has not come to light before.? NAQP does not have power categories so I'm not sure why they would need it.
You can open your Cabrillo log in a text editor such as Windows Notepad and change the category such as:
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP-LOW
I will add the power category to the next NAQP upgrade.? I apologize for the inconvenience.

The cabrillo output of NAQP 1.4 does not specify power output (qrp/low/qro) therefore the awards manager will not accept my log...Does anyone know of a fix for this?
