LoTW - Now Download Problem

The fix that I just told you about was working fine last night and this morning for both uploading and downloading to LoTW.? The problem had been uploading which does appear to be corrected.? Unfortunately, moments after I sent the e-mail about the updated .exe file to correct the upload problem I received word that there is now a problem downloading that apparently just began.
?
I have an e-mail into ARRL and I'll let you know what develops.? I apologize for the confusion.
