Try deleting the CM_DBCACHE file which will be a hidden file within the same folder as Contact Manager. This file is automatically refreshed each day. It's possible that you simply got a bad download when the DB was pulled from the web. Deleting this file will force CM to retrieve the database again. (Waiting until the next day has the same effect.)
If the problem persists, let us know what's showing the DB status pane when you open the DMR Online Database Searcher. Right now when I open a copy here I see the following:
Cached DB content as of 03/02/2020 Database acquisition complete; 155429 total records. Source: RADIO ID

I have v2.66C Contact Manager, and use a codeplug for a TYT MD UV-380 radio. It has been working just fine updating my codeplug, but today when I do a full IMPORT of entire database(WW) it only imports 62,649 I noticed it since there were not DMR ID's beginning with 316, they ended with 315, so explains why so many unknowns. I have kept mine under 10,000 added to the codeplug, using Search parameters of
all the states around me in Mid-Atlantic area, but I noticed that I went from about 9700 to 9100 and now 8700 records selected. What am I doing wrong? When doing codeplug work, I use CPS MD-UV380 v1.12 software
