Both the CS800D and CS750 firmware was updated to accommodate 260,000 contacts (and some miscellaneous other features/bug fixes.

CS800D: Change to 260,000 contacts happened 4/28/21 with MS30.25. The latest version of the firmware is MS30.26 and CPS R4.03.20. See?

CS750: Updated to handle 260,000 on 4/29/21. Latest versions are FW S4.00.008 and CPS R4.01.010. See?
