There is currently no support for alphabetizing or re-ordering scan lists (as you can do with zones) in Contact Manager. This is the first this question has arisen, so I'll put this on the wish list for a future release.
Along the same lines, there is no support for copy and paste on individual scan lists and receive groups. No one has requested this functionality either; of course, since around V2.00, it's been possible to move these items via Structural Import. I am thinking that adding copy and paste in these two areas might go along with the scan lists request.
