For a soldering iron, I use a TS100, there are many variants as google will show you, but I really like the features.
Set temperature, auto sleep, auto wake, boost.? Packs away easily when not required.

For soldering capsules, I roll up a section of aluminium foil, really tight, and then wrap it around the capsure, and grip with a croc clip.
It's a good heatsink, and provides good contact with the body of the capsule, and with the clip, it lays flat on a surface.
