wet-o-fingermeter.

yeah that's pretty specialized.
I know Igus makes an array of filament and lists a lot of
specs on it. They might have a solution. But I really like
Henry's suggestion of using a PTFE insert. While you can't
glue anything to PTFE, you could press-fit it and it'd be good
enough. Then you can have the rest of the material printed out
of whatever you want.
