These caps are bound to be electrolytics. A film cap would be way
too big.
As to the "low ESR" part, it's largely irrelevant. Low-impedance
is meaningless.

OK, let me rephrase my question then.
In the supplier's online shop I found two similar caps described
as follows:
- 4,7uF, 63V
- 4,7 uF, 50V, low impedance, low ESR.
(The low ESR part I just found deeper in descriptions, in a not
immediately visible place.)
Which one will be better to use in the Simple P48 or it doesn't
matter in this case?
