I have no problems to have one common QSL card and 1 manager for all calls. I don’t want to be the QSL manager hi! ? If we have our licenses on paper we can make the announcement to the DX community. It would be nice that we can mention also the QSL manager(s). ? After we have our license, the QSL manager(s) can request the certificates for LOTW.
